How many people do the villas accommodate?
Mickey's Den accommodates 8 plus a baby. Minnie's Den accommodate 10 plus a baby.
Are smoking & pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villas but is allowed on the pool deck.
How far away are the main attractions?
The Villas are located only 10mins from Walt Disney World. Sea World & Universal being approx. 25 minutes away. So close you can return for a swim in the afternoon and go back to the parks in the evening.
How do we locate/enter the Villas?
Glenbrook Resort is located on the US27 and is 1 mile north of the US192. Villa directions will be sent to you in plenty time prior to arrival. The keys to the villas are stored in a lockbox at each home. The code will be given to you on balance of payment.
What direction do the pools face?
The Pool & Spa face east and back onto a conservation area.
Do we have to bring our own towels/linen?
The Villas iare provided with towels/linen but you will need your own beach towels for the Water Parks (some of these do hire out towels if required).
Do you provide baby equipment?
A cot, high-chair and stroller are provided and should you require anything further then please ask.
Are the pools heated?
The pool and spa can be heated (by agreement/charged). We recommend pool heat for months October through to end of March.
What services are provided?
The Villas will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your stay. You can have a mid-stay clean if required at a small charge - please ask regarding this. The pool & garden areas are tended to on a weekly-basis.
Who to contact for questions/emergencies
Our on site management team are their to help in anyway (24 hours/7 days a week). You will find that they will do anything they can to help be it general info on the Villa or directions to the nearest beach.
Are there stores nearby?
The Villa is located only 5 mins from a 24hr supermarket. There are a wide variety of stores on the 192 which include convenience stores to outlet stores such as Nike.
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are numerous restaurants and food outlets close to the resort, some within walking distance.
Are there medical services nearby?
Hopefully not required but there is a Walgreens Pharmacy close to the entrance of the resort.
What if your villas are not available for dates required or additional accommodation is required?
We have access to similar homes within the Glenbrook Resort - so please ask.
